On-site training means no travel time for your team, and scenarios practised in the place your staff actually work. Here's how simple it is.
What we bring
Your trainer arrives with everything the session needs — course materials, practical equipment and the assessment paperwork that builds your CQC-ready evidence pack. You prepare nothing.
What you provide
A room. A lounge, dining room or quiet meeting space with seating for your group is all we ask — the place your staff already know is exactly where the scenarios land best.
Group size
Up to 15 delegates per session for one flat fee — no per-head pricing. Mix roles and shifts however suits your setting; the price stays the same.
We work around your rota and your residents — not the other way round.
